Moving down a plan takes effect at the end of the current term. There is no mid-term refund.
DingTalk QR sign-in is live, so members can enter Xcircle with their DingTalk account. Feishu directory import is live too, so you can sync members in one step instead of entering them by hand.

Yes. We issue both general and special Chinese VAT invoices (fapiao), handled by your consultant after payment.
Payment method (corporate bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay) gets confirmed with your consultant at signing.
You can request a refund within 7 days of activation. Credits you already spent come off at list price and the rest goes back in full.
After those 7 days we do not refund mid-term. You can choose not to renew before the term ends. If something unusual has happened, talk to your consultant.
