Agents and credits

Agents are the coworkers. Credits are their hours.

Your plan sets how many agents you can employ at once. Credits set how much work they can do. Read the two numbers together.

What is an operating agent?

A digital coworker built into Xcircle. It holds a role, does real work on its own, and gets deployed into a value circle alongside people. These agents operate the organization itself. They are not the AI you deploy into your own business roles.

What is a credit?

Credits are the single unit of AI usage. Every agent and AI feature draws from one shared pool. The more complex the task and the larger the organization it touches, the more it costs. Every charge is itemized in your usage log.

How are credits issued?

The monthly allowance is identical either way. An annual plan simply grants 12 times the monthly amount. The only difference is expiry. Annual credits arrive in full on day one and stay good for the term. Monthly credits arrive each month and expire at month end.

What happens when credits run out?

The product keeps working. Circle view, roles and workload use no AI and stay available. Only agents and AI features pause. You can top up with a credit pack at any time, or move up a plan.

Operating agents

The agents that run the organization

Architecture, diagnostics, value assessment, org memory and more. Seven agents operate the company itself. In a hierarchy this work is either a middle manager's territory or it simply does not happen.

Architecture Agent

Turns business goals into circles and roles. When the business shifts, it proposes the structural change instead of waiting for an annual reorg.

Why a hierarchy struggles: Structure is the outcome of a power negotiation, so nobody touches it more than twice a year. Here it is an object that moves with the business.

Diagnostics Agent

Recommends how each role should adopt AI, designs the human and AI handoffs, and answers the question that matters: can this organization carry the strategy?

Why a hierarchy struggles: Diagnosis usually means hiring consultants twice a year and shelving the report. This one is on staff, and it reads behavior instead of status updates.

Value Assessment Agent

Grades performance on real contribution signals: output on the value stream, not visibility. Human and AI contributions get measured on the same scale.

Why a hierarchy struggles: Performance in a hierarchy is the art of managing upward. The reviewer sees the update, not the value.

Skill Recommendation Agent

Answers role by role: which skills should the human grow, and which should AI take over? The boundary comes out explicit.

Why a hierarchy struggles: A hierarchy defines people by job descriptions that go three years without an edit and never leave room for AI.

Work Allocation Agent

Every quarter it matches people, skills and circles against the mission. Who should move to the new circle? Whose load needs rebalancing? This is the matching engine for fluid staffing.

Why a hierarchy struggles: Under fixed reporting lines, people are department assets and moving between them is a political event rather than a matching problem.

Org Soul Agent

Holds the mission, the values and the decision principles, and shows up at the moments that matter to ask every circle: who are we, and why did we start?

Why a hierarchy struggles: In a hierarchy the culture hangs on a wall. Soul lives inside each decision, and it never resigns.

Org Memory Agent (world model)

Captures the context behind every decision and the capabilities and lessons of every circle, so a brand new circle inherits the whole organization in seconds.

Why a hierarchy struggles: Organizational memory is locked in the heads of middle managers, and it walks out with them. The world model gives the company a memory of its own.

More agents on the way

Routing, governance meetings, onboarding and more are in progress.

FAQ

What people ask before they buy

How do I get started?

The free plan needs nothing but a signup. No credit card.

Basic starts as a self-serve 14-day trial. A consultant helps with the contract and activation when you subscribe.

Pro starts with a demo. Enterprise is quoted one to one: we look at your size, rollout scope and integration needs, agree on the plan, then paper it.

Is there a free trial? Does it auto-charge at the end?

Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day trial with no features held back.

It does not auto-charge. If you have not subscribed when the trial ends, the workspace drops back to the free plan and your data stays intact.

What exactly is a credit, and what burns them?

Credits are the single unit of AI usage in Xcircle. Running a diagnosis, generating a structural proposal, producing a round of skill recommendations: all of it draws from the same pool.

The more complex the task and the larger the organization it touches, the more it costs. Every charge is itemized in your usage log.

What happens when credits run out? Can I buy more?

The product keeps working. Circle view, roles and workload use no AI and stay available. Only agents and AI features pause.

You can top up with a credit pack at any time, good through the end of your current term, or move up a plan for a larger allowance in one step.

How is annual different from monthly?

On price, annual costs the equivalent of ten months. Two months free.

On credits, the monthly allowance is identical. Annual simply grants 12 times the monthly amount. The difference is expiry: annual credits arrive in full on day one and stay good for the term, so a heavy month can draw more. Monthly credits arrive each month, expire at month end, and do not roll over.

Basic and Pro support both cycles. Enterprise is an annual contract with price and credit allowance set one to one with a consultant.

How is headcount counted, and what if we outgrow the plan?

By member accounts in the workspace. One person holding several roles across several circles still counts once.

When you grow past the plan, upgrade at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining term.

Can I upgrade or downgrade whenever I want?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the difference for the remaining term, keep the credits already issued, and the new allowance lands right away.

Downgrades and billing cycle changes take effect at the end of the current term. There is no mid-term refund.

Which integrations do you support?

DingTalk QR sign-in is live, so members can enter Xcircle with their DingTalk account. Feishu directory import is live too, so you can sync members in one step instead of entering them by hand.

WeCom is in progress. MCP support is coming soon, which will let you pipe Xcircle org data into your own AI tooling.

If you need something else connected, raise it during the demo and a consultant will scope it.

Can you invoice us? Which payment methods work?

Yes. We issue both general and special Chinese VAT invoices (fapiao), handled by your consultant after payment.

Payment method (corporate bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay) gets confirmed with your consultant at signing.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial and we would rather you evaluate properly inside it.

Once a subscription starts we do not refund mid-term. You can choose not to renew before it ends. If something unusual has happened, talk to your consultant.

Is our data safe? Can we self-host?

The standard subscription is SaaS, with each workspace isolated from every other.

Private deployment, or keeping data inside your own network, falls under the AI transformation consulting engagement. Talk to a consultant to scope it.
